We hope this unfortunate issue will be resolved shortly and apologize for the public’s lack of access to information about marine mammals, the NOAA Marine Mammal Stranding Networks and other resources found on the website. It is especially poor timing as October is one of the most active months of harbor seal pup response by NOAA-authorized volunteers in the Puget Sound region.
